Severino Law Prevails in Trial to Recover Client’s Former Business

Mike Severino is pleased to announce that he prevailed after trial in his efforts to have the Court order the buyer of his client’s former business to convey the stock back to Mike’s client.  The buyer of the business defaulted on the payment for the stock, and the Mike filed suit for specific performance and declaratory judgment so that the seller could take back the business.  After a lengthy discovery period, the matter went to trial and the Court heard evidence from Mike’s client.  The Court ordered the buyer to convey the stock back to Mike’s client pursuant to the sale documents and entered a declaratory judgment ensuring that Mike’s client was the owner of the business in the event that the buyer refused to comply.
